Dharamshala, Jan. 6 -- A fact-finding committee, constituted by the Himachal Pradesh government, today visited Government College Dharamshala to investigate the death of a 19-year-old female student and allegations of ragging and sexual harassment.
The high-level Committee is headed by Additional Director (Colleges) Dr Harish Kumar and includes principals from three colleges and a senior superintendent from the Higher Education Department. The panel gathered information from the college administration, management and other concerned parties, and examined documents related to the case.
