Hyderabad, Feb. 23 -- Housing Board lands in various parts of the Hyderabad city once again attracted strong demand, fetching premium prices and generating Rs 34.27 crore in revenue through a public auction held on Monday.
In the auction, land in Gachibowli was sold at a high of Rs 1.76 lakh per square yard, while a plot in Kukatpally's Balaji Nagar fetched Rs 1.64 lakh per square yard. The Telangana Housing Board had issued a notification on February 9 for the sale of 14 properties located in Gachibowli, Bhowrampet, Balaji Nagar, Chintal, Bachupalli and other areas.
