New Delhi, Feb. 2 -- : The Holy Devnimori Relics of Lord Buddha will embark on their first-ever international exposition, traveling to Sri Lanka on February 4.
The sacred relics will be enshrined at the Gangaramaya Temple in Colombo, where devotees will be able to pay homage during the exposition scheduled from February 4 to February 11.
The high-level Indian delegation accompanying the relics will be led by the Governor of Gujarat, Acharya Devvrat, along with the Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat, Harsh Sanghavi.
The delegation will also include senior officials from the National Museum, representatives of Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, where the relics are currently housed, and members of the International Buddhist Confederati...
