Ranchi, Dec. 24 -- The health department has directed the complete rollout of the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) in all medical colleges and district hospitals by the last week of February 2026.
The direction was issued during a review meeting on the implementation of the Chief Minister Digital Health Scheme and the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), organised by the Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare Department.
The meeting was chaired by Additional Chief Secretary Ajay Kumar Singh, who reviewed the progress of HMIS implementation across health facilities in the state.
