Lucknow, March 24 -- A major shift is currently underway in the strategy for AIDS eradication, wherein people affected by HIV are no longer being viewed merely as beneficiaries, but are instead being placed at the very center of this battle.
In this context, a GIPA (Greater Involvement of People Living with HIV/AIDS) conference was organized in Lucknow on Tuesday, emphasizing inclusive care and community participation.
The program''s Chief Guest, Prof. (Dr) CM Singh, Director of RMLIMS, stated that ensuring the participation of HIV patients is crucial, ranging from policy formulation to implementation and monitoring.
