Shimla, March 23 -- Himachal Pradesh State Disaster Response Force (HP SDRF) has secured first position in the national-level Collapsed Structure Search and Rescue (CSSR) Competition for the second consecutive year.
The achievement was celebrated during a felicitation ceremony held at Oak Over in Shimla today, where the SDRF team presented the trophy to Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.
Congratulating the team for their outstanding performance, the Chief Minister said it was a proud moment for the state.
He noted that Himachal Pradesh, despite being a small state, had once again demonstrated excellence at the national level through the dedication and professionalism of its disaster response personnel.
