Shimla, Feb. 8 -- The Himachal Pradesh government is contemplating to challange the discontinuation of Revnue Deficit Grant (RDG) to the state in the court, said Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Sunday.
While addressing media persons here, he said that the abolition ofl the RDG was not merely an issue concerning the sate government, but a matter directly affecting the rights and welfare of the people of Himachal Pradesh.
Terming the Centre's decision unjust to the state's finances, he said that it was time to fight for the rights of the state and the state government besides exploring political means, will also knock the doors of the court.
