Shimla, Feb. 15 -- Dry weather conditions continued to prevail across Himachal Pradesh during the past 24 hours, with minimum temperatures in many parts remaining a couple of degrees above normal.
The Meteorological Centre in Shimla reported no rainfall or snowfall in the state, while shallow fog was observed in Mandi during the early morning hours.
Minimum temperatures showed a little variation, with several stations recording readings two to four degrees above normal. Shimla recorded a minimum temperature of 8.0 degrees Celsius, about three degrees above normal.
