Shimla, Nov. 28 -- The Himachal Pradesh High Court has issued a stern warning to the Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu government, observing that appointments made on an ad-hoc, contractual, or daily wage basis, particularly in courts, may amount to contempt of court.
The warning came in a detailed order passed in a PIL, uploaded on the High Court website on Wednesday, where the Bench pulled up the Finance Secretary for adopting policies that run contrary to the Supreme Court's directions.
