Shimla, Nov. 28 -- The Himachal Pradesh High Court has taken a stern view of persistent infrastructural shortcomings at the Chamyana Super Specialty Hospital, summoning the Secretary of Health, M. Sudha Devi, and the Secretary of the Public Works Department to appear in person at the next hearing.

The bench expressed strong displeasure over the slow progress of essential upgrades and the ongoing hardships faced by patients and attendants, despite repeated judicial directives.
