Shimla, Feb. 18 -- Himachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri today said in Vidhan Sabha that the government will soon file a review petition in the court on the state High Court's stay on using the Temple Trust's funds for civil works.
He made this statement during the Zero Hour, in response to MLA Randhir Sharma's attention to the budgetary constraints for the construction of a hospital in the Shri Naina Devi Assembly constituency.
The Deputy Chief Minister stated that he cannot currently allocate funds from the Temple Trust for civil works for the hospital.
