Shimla, Jan. 21 -- Defying repeated orders of the Himachal Pradesh High Court, the State government has issued a fresh treasury clarification once again ruling out the counting of contractual service for pensionary benefits of government employees.
The clarification, issued by the Treasuries, Accounts and Lotteries Department, reiterates the government's stand that contractual service is not admissible for pensionary benefits.
