Shimla, April 3 -- Himachal Pradesh Government has brought seven more government senior secondary schools under the Central Board School Education (CBSE) curriculum, taking forward its policy of aligning state-run institutions with national standards. With this addition, around 146 government schools in the state have already been shifted to the CBSE framework.

According to a notification issued by the Department of School Education, the newly included schools are located across Mandi, Kullu, Hamirpur and Kangra districts. The order, issued by Additional Chief Secretary (Education) , directs immediate implementation of the affiliation process.
