Shimla, April 3 -- The Himachal Pradesh Government has brought seven more government senior secondary schools under the Central Board School Education (CBSE) curriculum, taking forward its policy of aligning state-run institutions with national standards.
With this addition, around 146 government schools in the state have already been shifted to the CBSE framework.
According to a notification issued by the Department of School Education, the newly included schools are located across Mandi, Kullu, Hamirpur and Kangra districts.
The order, issued by Additional Chief Secretary (Education), directs immediate implementation of the affiliation process.
