Shimla, March 26 -- BJP MLA Randhir Sharma has strongly criticised the Himachal Pradesh budget presented by Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, terming it a "lengthy political speech" lacking in vision and clarity.
Sharma on Thursday, alleged that instead of outlining development priorities and presenting a clear economic roadmap for the state, the budget speech focused more on criticising the Central government and the previous BJP regime than addressing the key financial and developmental challenges facing Himachal Pradesh.
