Kochi, Aug. 28 -- The Kerala High Court has directed the police to ensure that no law-and-order issues arise during the funeral of PG Ittiera, a parishioner of the disputed Malankara Church's Odaykkal St. Mary's Orthodox Church.
The Court permitted the funeral to be conducted as per the rituals of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church between 11 am and 3 pm on August 28. It also allowed continuation of religious services at the church for the next three days.
