Shimla, March 8 -- The Meteorological Centre, Shimla, on Sunday issued a heatwave warning for Kangra, Kullu and Mandi districts for the next two days. Although maximum temperatures have witnessed a slight decline during the past 24 hours, they continue to remain above normal across many parts of Himachal Pradesh.
According to the Meteorological Department, weather in the state is expected to remain mainly dry during the next two days. However, isolated places may experience light rain or thunderstorms under the influence of western disturbances and jet stream winds affecting the Western Himalayan region.
