Ranchi, Feb. 4 -- Jharkhand Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari has appealed to opposition parties to extend their cooperation in the construction of RIMS-2, stressing that politicising sensitive issues such as healthcare causes suffering and adversely affects the general public.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, Dr. Ansari said that the number of patients at Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) has been steadily increasing, reflecting growing public trust in the state's healthcare system. He reiterated that the government's primary objective is to ensure quality treatment for every patient and help them return home in good health.
