Bengaluru, Jan. 28 -- HDFC Capital Advisors Limited, the real estate private equity arm of the HDFC Group, on Wednesday announced a strategic partnership with Curated Living Solutions (CLS) to establish an INR 1,000 crore institutional rental housing platform in India.
CLS is promoted by Bhaskar Raju of the DivyaSree Group. The platform will focus on the development, ownership and operation of professionally managed, institutional-grade rental housing assets across major urban centres.
The partnership aims to cater to the rising demand for organised rental accommodation, driven by workforce mobility, student migration and evolving urban lifestyles, while supporting the formalisation of India's largely unorganised rental housing market.
