Hyderabad, March 18 -- With stroke cases rising alarmingly among young adults in Hyderabad, HCAH, the city's first provider with a dedicated Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) team on Tuesday, hosted a roundtable discussion to stress the importance of early rehabilitation in stroke recovery.
Experts revealed that one in seven stroke patients in Hyderabad falls between the ages of 25-45, making early intervention crucial. The panel highlighted that early rehabilitation not only prevents long-term disability but also improves recovery outcomes through advanced technologies like AI-driven therapy and robotic rehabilitation.
