Hamirpur (HP), Jan. 30 -- Raghubir Singh, a declared proclaimed offender by the Nadaun court, was apprehended by the PO Cell of the Hamirpur police on Friday.
SP Hamirpur, Balbir Singh Thakur, said that the 48-year-old accused, Raghubir Singh, son of Hukam Chand, resident of VPO Bankhandi, Tehsil Haripur, District Kangra, HP was declared a proclaimed offender by the ACJM Nadaun on September 11, 2025 in a case under Section 138 of the NI Act.
