Visakhapatnam, Feb. 13 -- Ketan Garg, Commissioner of the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC), on Friday directed Town Planning officials to conduct a comprehensive inspection of incomplete unauthorized layouts within GVMC limits and submit a detailed report at the earliest.
The Commissioner said that incomplete development in unauthorized layouts is posing serious difficulties in granting approvals under the Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS).
He inspected an unauthorized layout developed by ABK Real Estate at Kommadi Village in the Madhurawada Zone, along with Deputy City Planner K. Venkateswara Rao and Assistant City Planner Shabnam Shastri.
