Itanagar, April 22 -- Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik on Wednesday graced the 6th Convocation of Arunodaya University at its newly inaugurated Jollang campus here, urging graduating students to strive for excellence and contribute meaningfully to society and nation-building.
The Governor, who is also the Visitor of the University, presented gold medals to meritorious students who excelled in their respective disciplines. Deepty Basumatary (MA Geography) received the University Topper Gold Medal, while several departmental toppers were also honoured.
