New Delhi, Oct. 9 -- Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa on Wednesday said that Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib's life gave new meaning to Indian philosophy by blending courage with compassion, and spiritual freedom with universal brotherhood.
The senior Sikh leader, Sirsa on Wednesday inaugurated the two-day international seminar on 'Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji: Life, Martyrdom and Legacy', at Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, University of Delhi.
Speaking on the occasion, he also announced that the government is making efforts to set up an advanced study centre on Guru Tegh Bahadur's teachings and philosophy at the Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, aimed to promote deeper academic engagement with Sikh history and Indian spiritual thou...
