Ahmedabad, Feb. 25 -- A series of spiritual programmes will be organised across Ahmedabad, Kalol and Viramgam from February 26 to March 1 on the occasion of Sri Gaura Purnima.
Jagannmohan Krishna Das, head of the ISKCON Hare Krishna Temple Bhadaj, said the celebrations are being conducted by various Hare Krishna centres associated with the temple.
He said the festival marks the appearance day of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, regarded by devotees as the concealed incarnation of Lord Krishna. The celebrations will also include Sri Chaitanya Mahotsav and Phoolon Ki Holi.
