Hyderabad, Nov. 10 -- The Telangana government has sanctioned Rs 55 lakh for hosting a unique cultural and cinematography festival titled "Telangana-North East India Connect: Techno-Cultural Festival - Cultural Sovereignty Through Cinema."The festival aims to strengthen cultural ties between Telangana and the North Eastern states, State Roads, Buildings and Cinematography Minister Komati Reddy Venkat Reddy said.
According to G.O.R.T. No. 1551, the event will be organised by the Telangana Film Development Corporation (TGFDC) at Prasad Multiplex and HITEX Convention Centre in Hyderabad later this month. The minister is overseeing the preparations and coordination of the festival.
