Jammu, April 8 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah Wednesday stressed that the fight against drug abuse cannot be won by the government alone.
Calling upon the civil society, educational institutions, religious leaders, and citizens to actively contribute towards making Jammu and Kashmir drug-free, the Chief Minister said, "If we leave it to the government alone, we will not succeed.
