Hyderabad, Nov. 21 -- Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma on Friday inaugurated the Film Festival organised by the Telangana Film Development Corporation (TFDC) at Prasad IMAX as part of the first phase of the Telangana-North East Connect Cultural Festival.
Addressing the gathering, the Governor said the festival was designed as a platform for deeper cultural exchange, dialogue, and collaboration between Telangana and the North Eastern states.
He noted that films have the power to transcend language and geographical barriers, bringing people together through shared stories and creative expression.
