New Delhi, Aug. 25 -- The Government e-Marketplace (GeM) has crossed a milestone of Rs 15 lakh crore in cumulative Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) since its inception in 2016.
A 'Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)' refers to the total value of all goods and services sold by an e-commerce platform or a marketplace over a specific period, such as a quarter or year, before any deductions for fees, costs, or returns.
