Imphal, March 14 -- Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh on Saturday assured National Cadet Corps, (NCC) cadets that the government is committed to creating an environment where the youth can thrive, drawing applause from the audience.
The Chief Minister was speaking during a felicitation Ceremony of NCC Cadets from the State at the NCC Ground, DM College Campus.
Chief Minister said the seven cadets felicitated today for their achievement have filed the heart of every Manipuri with pride and joy.
