Ranchi, Dec. 21 -- Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar on Saturday said that sports plays a vital role in shaping disciplined, confident and value-oriented citizens.
Addressing the valedictory function of the Provincial Sports Competition organised at Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Ratanpur, Tundi, Dhanbad, the Governor expressed happiness over the enthusiastic participation of children from different regions of the state.
