Kolkata, Jan. 23 -- A day after Mamata Banerjee questioned the logic of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) from the platform of the Kolkata International Book Fair, the West Bengal chief minister on Friday once again trained her guns on the Election Commission of India and the Centre, asking whether Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose himself would have been summoned for a hearing had he been alive today.
