Pune, Feb. 19 -- A free artificial limb distribution ceremony will be held here on February 20 to empower persons with disabilities and promote self-reliance among them.
The initiative has been undertaken at the special initiative of Maharashtra's Higher and Technical Education Minister, Chandrakant Patil, in collaboration with Tark Foundation, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Fupro, Michelin, and Samutkarsh Social Foundation.
Artificial limbs will be distributed to selected beneficiaries from Pune who were identified during a medical screening camp conducted in November 2025.
