Ranchi, Oct. 30 -- A tragic road accident in Ranchi's Bundu subdivision claimed four lives and left 23 others injured when a passenger vehicle carrying participants to a rally overturned on National Highway-33 near Gosaiindih on Wednesday.
According to officials, the victims were travelling from Birdih village in Arki to attend the Adivasi Janakrosh Rally at Tau Maidan in Bundu. Bundu SDM Kisto Kumar Besra today confirmed that four people died in the mishap, while 23 sustained injuries, 15 of whom were referred to RIMS, Ranchi, for advanced treatment.
