Shimla, Feb. 15 -- A pall of gloom descended on Bhavanagar subdivision of Kinnaur district after four persons lost their lives and one sustained injuries in a tragic road accident on the Jani link road on Saturday morning.
The mishap occurred around 7:00 am when a car bearing registration number HP-26 B-8999, coming from Tapri towards Jani, reportedly crashed after being struck by a heavy boulder that fell on the vehicle.
The impact proved fatal for four occupants, while one person survived with injuries. The exact sequence of events leading to the accident is under investigation.
