Agartala, Feb. 6 -- Former Tripura Chief Minister and veteran CPI (M) leader Manik Sarkar on Friday slammed the BJP and its ally TIPRA Motha ahead of the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (ADC) elections, rejecting their claims of winning all 28 seats.

Sarkar asserted that the election outcome would change if voters were allowed to exercise their rights freely, accusing the ruling parties of attempting to intimidate both candidates and the electorate.
