Dharamshala, Jan. 15 -- Former Himachal Pradesh Assembly Speaker Sulah MLA and senior BJP leader Vipin Singh Parmar on Tuesday launched a sharp attack on the state's Congress government, alleging that its "directionless governance, corruption and administrative weakness" have pushed key public services into crisis.
In a press note, Parmar said the poor state of health services, alleged corruption in the Jal Shakti Department and the deteriorating condition of roads together expose the complete failure of the Congress government.
