Islamabad, Oct. 22 -- Pakistan's former Foreign Minister Khurram Dastgir has appealed to Islamabad to take active steps for turning the Durand Line - the border area between Pakistan and Afghanistan - into a fully functional, formally recognised international border, for regional security and stability.
His comments come in response to a delegation from Afghanistan's ruling Taliban omitting the very term Durand Line during its meeting with the Pakistani delegation in Doha, Qatar.
