Bhubaneswar, March 2 -- A Special Judge for Vigilance in Dhenkanal on Monday sentenced former Assistant Engineer of the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund (OECF), Niaranjan Panda, to two years of rigorous imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs. 50,000.
