Dharamshala, Feb. 13 -- A fresh complaint has been filed against a former Chief Secretary and an ex-Revenue Secretary of Himachal Pradesh, alleging deliberate suppression of official records in the long-pending Palampur land case concerning Section 118 proceedings. The complaint, submitted by Anoop Dutta of Dharamshala, accuses senior state officials of concealing crucial documents while submitting replies to constitutional authorities and courts.
