Dharamshala, Jan. 17 -- Former Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Kangra Central Cooperative Bank Limited (KCCB), Kuldeep Chand Bhardwaj, has levelled serious allegations against senior bank officials, including charges of caste-based harassment, financial irregularities and victimisation.

Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, Bhardwaj said he has submitted written memoranda to Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and other authorities, seeking action in the matter. He has also lodged a complaint with the Kangra police alleging the use of casteist slurs against him.
