Pune, Nov. 9 -- India can become a developed nation in 2047 only through high-quality education and collective effort towards development in all sectors, said Ajit Gulabchand, the Chairman Board of Trustees, NICMAR and Chairman of Hindustan Construction Company Ltd, today.
