Kolkata, Aug. 17 -- Police arrested Arsalan Parvez (22), the son of owner of city's popular food-chain restaurant Arsalan, for alleged rash driving that killed two Bangladeshi nationals in the wee hours today.

The two Bangaldeshi nationals, identified as Kazi Mohammed Mainul Alam (36) and Farhana Islam Tania (28) were declared brought dead at the SSKM Hospital and another Bangldeshi Zihad was injured.

Mainul, a resident of Jhinaidoho was an employee of Grameen Phone and Tania was assistant vice-president of Bangaldesh City Bank. Mainul was here for his eye treatment and two others came with him.

Zihad said the Jaguar had hit the Marcedes Benz, which fell upon them killing his two friends.
