Srinagar, Jan. 28 -- Flight operations resumed at Srinagar Airport on Wednesday after remaining suspended for a day due to heavy snowfall, officials said.

A major snowfall on Tuesday had forced the cancellation of all flight operations at the airport.

Director Srinagar Airport, Javed Anjum, confirmed to UNI that flights resumed on Wednesday following an improvement in weather conditions.

Earlier, Srinagar Airport, in a post on X, said that the runway, taxiway, and apron had been cleared of snow and were ready for operations.
