New Delhi, Dec. 2 -- Five members of an interstate gang, who were allegedly involved in stealing gold, cash and valuables from passengers travelling on long-distance trains, were arrested by Delhi Police, an official said on Tuesday.
According to the police, the accused individuals were wanted in a case that was registered at Maharashtra's Miraj Railway police station last month.
The accused have been identified as Hawa Singh (65), Amit Kumar (35), Kuldeep (34), Ajay (36) and Monu (32), all from Haryana's Jind and Bhiwani districts, police said.
