Lucknow, Feb. 6 -- The Uttar Pradesh government today evening issued an order transferring five senior IPS officers of the DIG rank.
Four of them had been awaiting postings after their recent promotions and have now been assigned new responsibilities.
Sushil Kumar Ghule has been appointed as DIG of the Special Task Force (STF). He was serving as SSP in the STF till now. Yamuna Prasad, who was posted as DCP in the Gautam Buddh Nagar Police Commissionerate, has been transferred and appointed as DIG at the Moradabad in Police Training School (PTS).
Hemraj Meena, who was posted at the Police Headquarters, has also been given a posting after promotion and has been appointed as DIG in the Central Industrial Fire Services (CIFS). Sachindra Pate...
