Varanasi, Jan. 26 -- On the occasion of India's 77th Republic Day, a flag hoisting ceremony was held in a highly dignified atmosphere at Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham.
Present on the occasion were Vishwa Bhushan, Chief Executive Officer of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust, Deputy District Magistrate Pawan Prakash, Deputy Collector Shambhu Sharan, Naib Tehsildar Mini L. Shekhar, along with all the officers and employees of the temple trust.
The national flag was formally hoisted in the presence of all. This was followed by the singing of the national anthem, paying homage to the motherland.
