Hyderabad, June 6 -- The inaugural edition of PAPEXPO 2025, a major industry exhibition focusing on the paper and allied sectors, commenced on Friday at the Hitex Exhibition Centre, Madhapur.

Organised by the Paper Foundation-an NGO supported by the Ministry of MSME-the three-day event features over 100 national and international exhibitors and is expected to attract 15,000 visitors.

The organisers also announced the second edition will be held in December 2026.

Speaking at the inaugural, Soumyajit Mukherjee, CMO of Emami Paper Mills, emphasised the significance of the Rs 18,000 crore Indian paper industry, which supports nearly one crore livelihoods.
