Bilaspur(HP), Feb. 4 -- Final electoral rolls have been published for 173 out of the total 175 gram panchayats in Bilaspur district, including all constituencies of Sadar, Ghumarwin, Jhandutta, and Shri Naina Devi panchayat samitis as well as the Bilaspur zila parishad.
These 173 gram panchayats have a total of 3,13,888 registered voters, comprising 1,57,692 male and 1,56,196 female voters.
