Tirupati, Feb. 7 -- As part of the South Zone Shooting Ball competitions, the fifth South Zone Shooting Ball tournament was inaugurated on Saturday at the SV Arts University sports ground in Tirupati by SAP Chairman Ravi Naidu.
Speaking to the players on this occasion, the SSP Chairman stated that the sport of shooting ball has been practiced in India since 45 years. He exhorted the players to choose the sports they like and practice regularly. He appealed to the parents to encourage their children to play recognized sports so that they can benefit from educational, employment, and career opportunities.
